Job Title:        Chief Executive Officer
Salary:            £32,029 – £42,683
Hours:            40 per week
Contract:        Permanent

The Board of Trustees are seeking to appoint a Chief Executive Officer (CEO) to build on the work of the previous CEO, sustaining existing provision and further developing the work of the trust.

You will lead and manage a diverse staff team in delivering community projects and programmes and also staff who deliver the Megacentre’s income generating activities.

You will have the ability to quickly establish positive relationships being a good communicator.

You will lead by example in the delivery of work with young people and families and also partnership work within the community, ensuring the delivery of agreed outcomes and targets within budget.

There is an occupational requirement for candidates to be a practising Christian as you will guide the spiritual life of the charity, lead on spiritual development and maintain its Christian ethos

Interviews
