Shortlisting process

Once a vacancy has closed all applications will be submitted for shortlisting. We normally aim to complete this within a week, however this can vary depending on the number of applications we receive. If you are successful at this stage we will be in touch to invite you to interview, unfortunately due to the large amount of applications we receive it isn’t possible to contact all unsuccessful applicants, however please feel free to contact us if you would like feedback on you application.

Interviews

Interviews are a two-way process for us to explore further your suitability for the role and offer you the opportunity to expand on the skills and experience outlined in your application. We aim to give candidates as much notice as possible of their interview.

All applicants at interview will be asked to provide proof of their eligibility to work in the UK, you will need to bring either a passport or birth certificate with you on the day.

After the interview

All candidates will be informed of the outcome of their interview and we aim to do this as soon as possible. For some positions before a formal offer can be made, we may invite you to a pre-employment trial for you to have the opportunity to experience the environment and role first hand. Depending on the role you may be asked to complete a DBS check prior to employment commencing. We will also require details for referencing.
