Booking Terms and Conditions

All payments are non-refundable. If you cancel your booking you will lose all payment. Any changes are subject to availability and will be subject to an alteration fee if your booking was made more than 24 hours prior to cancelling. Please note that the alteration fee will be dependent on the notice given. More than 2 weeks before the booking will incur a fee of 10% of what you have already paid, less than 2 weeks will incur a fee of 15% and cancelling within 24 hours of your booking will incur a fee of 20%.

Please retain your receipt and confirmation and bring them with you on the day of your visit.

Bookings are not exclusive unless stated or booked otherwise. Therefore, there could be other children, parties or members of the public present during your visit.

We only accept payment by credit/debit card.

Our staff will keep a watchful eye on children as they go about their normal tasks, however, children will always remain the full responsibility of their parent/guardian or organiser at all times.

We advise any customers with medical conditions or any customers who are pregnant to avoid our activities like Laser Tag or Soft Play.

Party Terms & Conditions

  1. Parties are non-exclusive unless booked as an exclusive option, this includes party rooms and seating in the café.
  2. Other users/players may be present during your visit.
  3. We welcome birthday cakes, party bags and table décor in our party rooms.
  4. Only food and drink purchased within the premises are to be consumed. Please speak to a member of staff for information regarding any food allergies or other dietary requirements.
  5. A non-refundable payment will be taken at the time of booking, this will be based on the number of guests you are booking for. Exclusive bookings are fully payable at time of booking.
  6. Changes to the date or time of a booking is subject to availability and to an admin/loss of revenue fee which will be payable at the time of request. The fee charged will be subject to the notice period. Providing 2 weeks or more than 2 weeks notice will occur a charge of 10%. Providing less than 2 weeks notice will occur a charge of 15% and less than 24 hours notice a 20% fee will be payable.
  7. We always recommend you book for your maximum number at the time of booking. Places are sold on a first come first served basis and we cannot guarantee extra spaces.

  10. Tables in the Café are not reserved for parties or any other pre-bookings.
  11. Activities and opening times are subject to change, without prior notice.
  12. Rules of play for Mega Soft Play and Mega Laser Tag are in place for the safety and enjoyment of all customers. If these rules are not adhered to customers will be asked to leave without any refunds.
  13. Fighting, bullying, abusive, aggressive, or any type of behaviour deemed to be unsuitable towards MegaCentre Staff, management, or other members of the public, from either children or adults, will not be tolerated under any circumstances. Management reserve the right to enforce total bans.
  14. All birthday cakes must be store bought or made by a reputable baker. All allergen information must be clearly labelled and we require a full list of ingredients if cakes are to be taken into our kitchen to ensure there is not any cross contamination.
