• You will have exclusive hire of bouncy castles and the room in which they will be set up. Other customers will be present in other areas of the building during your visit.
• Only food and drink purchased within the premises are to be consumed. All food and drink must be booked ahead of your booking, including platters and drinks for parents. Please speak to a member of staff for information regarding any food allergies or other dietary requirements.
• Our Bouncy Castle Party Exclusive option includes food for up to 20 guests. Additional food can be added onto this package if required for £4.95 per person. Final numbers must be provided 1 week prior to party.
• Exclusive bookings are fully payable and at time of booking, this payment is non-refundable.
• Changes to the date or time of a booking is subject to availability and to an admin/loss of revenue fee which will be payable at the time of request. The fee charged will be subject to the notice period. Providing 2 weeks or more than 2 weeks notice will incur a charge of 10%. Providing less than 2 weeks notice will incur a charge of 15% and less than 24 hours notice a 20% fee will be payable.
• We welcome birthday cakes, party bags and table décor in our party rooms.
• Our team will keep a watchful eye on children as they go about their normal tasks, however children will always remain the full responsibility of the parent/guardian or organiser at all times.
• We advise any customers with medical conditions including pregnancy to avoid using the bouncy castles, as well as Megaplay and Megazone.
• Rules of play are in place for the safety and enjoyment of all customers. If these rules are not adhered to customers will be asked to leave without any refunds.
• Fighting, bullying, abusive, aggressive, or any type of behaviour deemed to be unsuitable towards MegaCentre Staff, management, or other members of the public, from either children or adults, will not be tolerated under any circumstances. Management reserve the right to enforce total bans.
