Our Laser Tag may include some of the following: Flashing lights, dark spaces, loud music and smoky atmosphere. These all enhance the game play. However, some children may find this distressing. Please speak to a member if you have any worries. Our team will be able to help you decide if this is, or not, going to be enjoyable for your child.

General Party Terms & Conditions
- Parties are non-exclusive unless booked as an exclusive option, this includes party rooms and seating in the café.
- Other users/players may be present during your visit.
- We welcome birthday cakes, party bags and table décor in our party rooms.
- Only food and drink purchased within the premises are to be consumed. Please speak to a member of staff for information regarding any food allergies or other dietary requirements.
- A non-refundable payment will be taken at the time of booking, this will be based on the number of guests you are booking for. Exclusive bookings are fully payable at time of booking.
- Changes to the date or time of a booking is subject to availability and to an admin/loss of revenue fee which will be payable at the time of request. The fee charged will be subject to the notice period. Providing 2 weeks or more than 2 weeks notice will occur a charge of 10%. Providing less than 2 weeks notice will occur a charge of 15% and less than 24 hours notice a 20% fee will be payable.
- We always recommend you book for your maximum number at the time of booking. Places are sold on a first come first served basis and we cannot guarantee extra spaces.
- Our team will keep a watchful eye on children as they go about their normal tasks, however children will always remain the full responsibility of the parent/guardian or organiser at all times.
- We advise any customers with medical conditions including pregnancy to avoid our activities like Mega Soft Play and Mega Laser Tag.
- Tables in the Café are not reserved for parties or any other pre-bookings.
- Activities and opening times are subject to change, without prior notice.
- Rules of play for soft Play and Laser are in place for the safety and enjoyment of all customers. If these rules are not adhered to customers will be asked to leave without any refunds.
- Fighting, bullying, abusive, aggressive, or any type of behaviour deemed to be unsuitable towards MegaCentre Staff, management, or other members of the public, from either children or adults, will not be tolerated under any circumstances. Management reserve the right to enforce total bans.
