The MegaCentre Sensory Play is a special room that has a range of stimulating experiences that enhance learning, development and relaxation for babies, young children and their carers.
Come and relax and enjoy the lovely colourful but restful surroundings of the sensory room. Leave the jobs till later and spend some quality time with your little ones.

Sensory Play Bookings
Sensory Play sessions are available to allow your little ones to socialise with others, in a safe and peaceful environment. Exclusive hire sessions are still available and perfect for small groups, or for those who would just like to have the place to themselves.
45 minute session. Maximum number 6 children and 1 accompanying adult per child.
Sensory Play Sessions – £8.50 per 1 child and 1 adult
Exclusive Hire – £55 (maximum of 8 children & 8 adults)
Special Offer
Half price entry to Soft Play when booked at the same time as your session.
The Soft Play session must be during or directly before or after your sensory session. This offer excludes under 1’s. This special offer is available Monday-Friday, term time only.
Sensory Play terms and conditions
Terms and Conditions
- All payments are non-refundable and Sensory Play sessions are non-transferable.
- Exclusive Sensory bookings may be movable subject to availability and to a charge.
- The Sensory room has a maximum capacity due to health and safety, if this capacity is breached staff have the right to ask additional guests to leave.
- All exclusive sessions must be booked at least one week in advance.
- Exclusive sessions are available for children up to 11 years of age.
- Socks must be worn at all times by children and adults.
- Please note that softplay is separate to the Sensory room and must be booked and paid for in advance.
